What data we process and why

• Technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time): recorded automatically in server logs for the security and proper operation of the Site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Your preferences (language and theme, kept on your device): to show the Site as you chose. Details in the Cookie policy. They contain no identifying data.
• Data in the messages you send (name, email address, message content): used only to reply to you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps or the legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

The Site has no visitor accounts, uses no analytics or advertising cookies and makes no automated decisions.

Who receives the data

Data may be accessed by the hosting provider and other IT service providers acting on our behalf as processors, under GDPR-compliant contracts, and by authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting. Messages are kept as long as needed to reply to you and to meet applicable legal obligations, then deleted.

Transfers outside the EEA

We do not intentionally transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If a provider were to make such a transfer, it would only be done with appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

• access to your data and a copy of it;
• rectification of inaccurate data;
• erasure, under the conditions set by law;
• restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdrawal of consent at any time where processing is based on it.
